Effective Date: February 26, 2026
Delmarva Blockchain (“Delmarva Blockchain,” “DBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides technical infrastructure services through its own operations and affiliated service brands. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your engagement of our services.
Delmarva Blockchain operates and coordinates offerings including engineering and infrastructure services. Specific services, schedules, pricing, and deliverables are defined in written proposals, booking confirmations, invoices, or service agreements provided at the time of booking.
For most services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve dates, personnel, equipment, or vehicles. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the scheduled service date, unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments may be accepted by credit or debit card, electronic transfer, or invoice, depending on service type.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation, rescheduling, or refund eligibility for any remaining balances depends on service type, timing, and third-party costs already incurred.
Any applicable refund terms will be provided in writing at the time of booking and form part of the service agreement. By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
Services may be performed directly by Delmarva Blockchain or by affiliated and managed service brands operating under common ownership and control. All services are provided on a scheduled, contract basis. Delmarva Blockchain does not operate as a marketplace, escrow service, or payment facilitator.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, access to service locations, and compliance with venue rules, permits, and applicable laws unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delmarva Blockchain is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, road closures, utility outages, or governmental actions.
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve billing or service issues prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using booking records, invoices, communications, and proof of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delmarva Blockchain’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
